While our primary business is the manufacture of titanium mill products. We have successfully forged, rolled, cut, flattened and turned a wide variety of non-ferrous and ferrous metals.

We offer a wide range of processing equipment at our titanium mill located in Niles, Ohio, starting with our PRESS SHOP:

The Company has two (2) 3,000 ton open die forge presses capable of forging ingots down to slab or billet size.

Additional forging equipment includes a  ROTARY FORGE (GFM)  that accepts up to a 14" octagon and forge down to 2 7/8" diameter.

One of the few in our industry, we also sell time on our 4-HI ROLLING MILL.

The mill is our 4-HI reversing mill. Accompanied by a four-zone, gas fired, roller hearth furnace, our maximum rolling temperature is 1900 degrees F, so we are somewhat restricted on the type of metals we can hot roll.

We begin with slabs up to 5" thick and roll down to a minimum thickness of .125" and to maximum width of 63-64" with lengths up to 30'.

In addition,  Conversion Sales offers precision cutting, lathe turning, flattening, and a wide range of other services.
