RTI INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES TENTATIVE AGREEMENT

Niles, Ohio – RTI International Metals, Inc., (NYSE: RTI) announced today that its RMI Titanium Company subsidiary has reached a tentative agreement with the United Steelworkers of America at its Niles, Ohio plant on a new 5-year labor contract. A ratification vote is expected within the next few days.
