RTI International Metals is a leading U.S. producer of titanium mill products and fabricated metal components for the global market. Through its various subsidiaries, RTI manufactures and distributes titanium and specialty metal mill products, extruded shapes, formed parts and engineered systems for aerospace, industrial, defense, energy, chemical and consumer applications for customers around the world.

The Company has two business groups, the Titanium Group and the Fabrication & Distribution Group, made up of 1,400 people at 18 locations in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia.

The Titanium Group produces titanium mill products including plate, sheet, bloom, billet, slab, ingot, and tubular products, as well as ferro alloys. Major domestic and international manufacturers of commercial and military aircraft and jet engines use our products. Other applications for our products include chemical processing equipment, oil & gas systems, pulp & paper production facilities, medical implants, and consumer goods.

The Fabrication & Distribution Group manufactures and distributes titanium and specialty metals, extruded shapes, and engineered systems for the energy, aerospace, and military markets. By offering services such as super-plastic forming and water-jet cutting, RTI increases the overall value delivered to our growing customer base.

RTI’s strategy is to be the Supplier of Choice throughout the world for high-end titanium products, while maintaining its strong financial condition and stringent safety, quality, and environmental standards. The Company intends to continue its diversification into higher margin value-added products in both new and traditional markets. This diversification has led to the development of new markets and products, such as, seamless tubulars for energy production, as well as the engineering and fabrication of titanium and other metallic transfer systems for deep-sea energy applications.
